Default A/C not working and car shakes...

So when I turn the a/c on, no cold air comes out. Cold air only comes out when the car is running but not when the car is idle. I looked this up and its suppose to be the radiator fan...is this correct? Has anyone experienced the same thing? Also the car shakes when it's idle.
What can it be?
Thank you in advanced.

is the a/c on when the car shakes at idle? if so, then yes, it's the radiator fan. less than $100 from rockauto or amazon. get a dorman, lifetime warranty.

easy to replace and check the how to section.

Yes, it shakes when the car is idle and the a/c on.
I was just thinking of doing it myself.
It's not that difficult I suppose? 2007 PT
Where is the How To section?
Thank you!

Compressor does all the work, have you had a good look at it ?

Most likely the fan. While idling, turn on the a/c and look under the hood. The fan should start up within a few seconds. Just replaced mine today and a/c works fine now. Since I have only one fan, it cools the radiator as well as the a/c compressor. The brushes in the motor that operate the fan for the a/c are known to fail in the Cruisers.
