Default Head valve cover

I did the valve cover gasket today in view of the fact that oil was going into the spark plugs. It was easy with the help off you folks.. Thanks! Pic. at the bottom what it looked like and why...

Looks good, how many miles, what kind of oil do you use and how often do you change it?

As for the miles it has a little over 85k, and i change the oil @ 3,000 miles, currently using Valvoline (Synthetic Blend) SAE 5W-30.. I don't know weather this is a good brand or not, but I'll take any suggestions.

So far I had done the timing belt, radiator fan, valve cover gasket, spark plugs including wires & coil. I'm contemplating replacing new Camshaft & Crankshaft position sensor before they go bad on me.

The cam sensor is so easy to change. Just carry a spare and a 8mm wrench and change on the fly. The crank doesn't give near the problem.

looks great!
These engines are always very clean- I must've disassemble dozens of 2.4's and 2.0's- Once and a while someone won't change oil and it's just goop
