Default pcm

Hi,
I have a 2002 cruiser and my check engine light went a few weeks ago then off and then came back on and stayed on...Being that we have 140,000 miles I guessed it was the oxygen sensors. While have work done we checked the fault codes and came up with PO601...I did some research and then had Chrysler do some diagnosis to make sure it was not a faulty connection or wire....Still the pcm.I found a reman at a price that was good from a Chrysler dealer in Florida...The second part of my problem is 4 times(once a week) after driving at least 15 or 20 min. I get a rough idle and feels like it is going to stall. Then anywhere from 30 min to a few hours it seems fine. So I new plug, wires and air filter and it happened again. We are having the new pcm installed this week does anyone think that that could be our problem.
Thanks for any information

Hope these help in the future....And here is a source for codes: http://www.ptcruizer.com/computer-codes.html
