Lightbulb Broken Air Box Mounting Post(s)-FIX!

AIR BOX POST FIX
NOTE: MUST have broken 'nipple(s)' from stock air box for this to work!!!!!

Supplies needed
:
1 pkg-Hillman Hex Cap Screws Class 8.8 M6-1.00 x 25 (upc#0-08236-71048-9)
1 pkg-Crown Bolt 1/4 in. Stainless Steel Flat Washers (upc#0-30699-32491-0)
1 pkg- JB Weld
1-Size 7/32 Dia. Drill Bit

10mm socket

Clean air box & broken post(s) with soap & water, and dry well;Next, using the 7/32 drill bit carefully ream out the posthole in the air box & the broken post(s) stopping to test fit the bolt periodically until it fits snug(NOT too loose/NOT too tight!)....You want it to be able to hold the post in place; When you have the hole(s) just right, clean all the surfaces to be 'glued' with rubbing alcohol.....Next mix up the JB Weld and apply to broken edges of post & air box,and to the threads of the bolt(s);Then while holding the broken post(s) in place tighten it with a 10mm socket till snug(don't forget the washer!)and wipe away any excess that squeezes out.......Then let it set for 24 hours to allow the JB Weld to harden; After that it can be re-install in the car......I not only did this FIX to repair my one broken post, but went ahead and did the un-broken one also.(so it won't ever break!)...Hope this helps other with this problem.
