Default Buying another PT

Hi all, im currenty in the process of possibly buying another Cruiser, gonna trade in my base PT for a new "upgraded" one. A 2006 Limited turbo lite. They are asking $7,700 it only has 71k miles on it, I am going to tryand bring them down on the price but wanted to get an idea of how much, I am mostly concerned with the passenger side rocker panel repair, also it has been in a minor fender bender, the front passenger fender looks as if the primer bled through the base coat, its not to noticeable but you can tell if you look closely. Thanks for any info you can provide. This is the one im currently looking at:

I am waiting to hear back from them about the body issues and the rust repairs, may take another drive up there for a test drive this morning and test drive and have it mechanically checked out.

If the rust is only made to look better it will come back quick. Most do not do the kind of repair that will last any time. And the other paint work will cost a pretty penny.

Well, after careful consideration and time dwelling on it, I decided to look elsewhere. Reasons?? I'm not to fond of the "We list our lowest price for a no haggle deal" and the "Our salesmen don't get paid a commission" (Which may be true but they do get paid per car they sale, just not by the amount its sold for. $7,700 is WAY to much for that year, even with that mileage. They only wanted to give me 800 for my current trade. (I could sell it out right probably for more, its still in good condition). Plus the salesman didn't really seem to care whether he sold the car or not, may have just been my feeling though.

With all that said, I really liked the way it drove, it was my first turbo cruiser drive, and I could really tell the difference from my N/A. Anyways thanks for the feed back, I will keep looking, unfortunately not to many around here in the color (my gf wants) and the engine I want....lol

Wise decision to walk away if they wouldn't drop the price.
