Default trouble code

after pulling the head off and resealing valves guides. I got a check engine lite. checking the codes with the key dance it just says done. Had car scanned and came up with P0016.First replaced crank sensor, then replaced cam sensor with a mopar one then went back for a mopar crank sensor still have lite. went back and check the timing belt again, then doubled checked wiring nothing I can see off hand . Is it possible to ohm out the cam and crank sensor wiring. also swapped cam target with spare one. plus swapped o2 sensor

Did you remove the battery cable to clear the code? If not, code will stay there for several start-ups.
