Huh, I take it you just got the code and if you did it might still be there when summer rolls around. Anyhow, if you do a search on that code you'll see that there's a few things to look at that would cause the code. Vacuum leak on the upper manifold, the gaskets between the upper and lower manifolds, bad spark plug or plug wire, fouled injector and last but not least it could be internal so a compression check of all cylinders to see if No#2 is different that the others.

The code is for a mis-fire on cylinder two, it could be from a faulty spark plug or injector among other things.

Once you get above 2000 rpm the other 3 cylinders can cover the loss of power.

Check your MAF too

Gotta give it a good look over for a vacuum leak then. Heat expands so a tiny crack can be sealed whereas in the winter everything is colder. Did you check the oblong gaskets between the manifolds to make sure they weren't brittle and conform to the slots they fit in? Lastly, that compression check can rule out internal problems.

As said above. Check the manifold really well on and around #2 cylinder.
