Default Need Help Identifying Part

I was working on a fuse issue and looked down below left of fuse the box and noticed this rocker looking arm that looks like it is sitting on top of a knob not attached but looks like it should be. The "arm" moves in and out freely. Can anyone identify what it is and how it should look? Pictures attached.

That white eyelet is the end of the shifter cable, I assume you have a 5 spd stick.

There is a bushing worn out and missing, how does your car shift?

You can buy booger bushings from some of the vendors, Turbos Unleashed and FWD performance have them. The press into the eyelet and over the post on the fulcrum there.

It's a wonder why it's still functioning.
