Default PT stalled won't crank

2005 pt turbo convertible stalled suddenly.. no sputtering, no warning lights. New battery
There is no clicking of solenoid, and i do not hear fuel pump. I have checked all connections, loosened and retightened all grounds. When i turn the key to start, there is no battery drain. I have checked fuses and swapped relays

I changed starter switch actuator but not switch. I was suspecting that, but then i noticed i didn't hear fuel pump either.

I want to test thin wire that i think should activate solenoid. It looks like a simple spade terminal, but I can't pull it off. There seems to be some sort of lock i can't figure out. Cant be that hard, but some help please.

I can't think of anything else. I am thinking and fearing pcm, but i really need some sort of diagnosis to go there. I am really on a budget.

Any constructive help would be appreciated.

If the 'ignition switch' is faulty, you won't hear the fuel pump.......

Turns out I changed the ignition actuator almost exactly a year ago.

I posted on this forum at that time before i solved, and i made reference to jumping posts 30 and 87 to get starter and solenoid to operate. Now, i can't remember what the heck i did. Can someone help me...where is post 30 and 87? And can someone help me get that wire off solenoid?

THx.. tomorrow i'll try to get the starter switch changed

Another thought. This is an automatic, but is there an equivalent to a 'neutral safety switch' that might cause this type of symptoms??
