You've had a cruiser for 6 or more years and 130,000 miles and you're just getting here and wondering about mileage now ???

Stick or auto? City or highway mileage?

Anywhere from 20-30 MPG probably covers 95% of PT owners mileage.

I have a touring 05 with similar mileage. Normally getting between 24.5 to 25.5mpg.

that's the question I almost asked yesterday.

I usually get around 20 mpg in town and mid-twenties on the highway. My '05 is non-turbo and the transmission is automatic.

I add seafoam to the gasoline and believe it helps, but can't prove it. It's kind of a "reassurance" thing.

After tune-up, air intake and new ECM, I'm now getting about 25 mpg overall. That seems to be about average for a PT.

I just drove my PT (2005 with 81,000 miles with auto.) from Arizona to San Francisco (832 miles) and I averaged 30.2 (single person with luggage.) Around town at home consistently I average around 24. I do not hot rod but don't dawdle, either.
