Default Need a battery

I have a 2008 PT Cruiser - Touring, and I have no idea how to go about getting a battery.

So my questions are:
1) What kind of battery options are there for my car? Full descriptions if possible please...
2) What kind of store (online or Walmart?) can I go to for a new battery

Thank you! I appreciate any kind of help I can get

Takes a 26R battery.
The more CCAs, the better.

Don't know where you live, country or state?
Don't know the condition of your PT?
Don't know the condition of the rest of the charging system?

You really did not not give us a whole lot of information to help you.
So I would simply go to your local Auto Parts Store talk to a CSR about what you should get.

You may not necessarily need the Highest Cold Cranking Amp Battery. Higher CCRrated batteries also means they cost more. This is also another good reason why more information is better or go to a service shop or Auto parts supplier in your area.
