Default Hello from UT. I'm Rob

2005 Cruiser Touring Edition. Anyone ever had an issue with bolts coming undone from the fly wheel and smack against the inspection plate upon startup? And if the bolts can be tightened without having to remove transmission?

Short story Boonie. He posted in the regional forum only at first and I told him that if he wanted a larger part of the forum members to see him to post in the general or tech section and introduce himself in the Welcome section so he posted the same thing in all of them. I've deleted the Tech section post as a duplicate but you already answered on this on so I left it.
