Default No bright headlights?

I have an issue maybe the forum can help with.
My 2003 has no bright lights. There is no change when I try to turn them on.
Any thoughts or suggestions I can try?

Not yet did not realize that high beams had a separate circuit. Low beams work fine.

Yup. Look under hood behind battery for fuse/relay.
Could also be the stalk switch, but try fuse/relay first - you ought yo be able to swap another relay - check #s on relay...
You didn't put in different bulbs, did you? They do sell bulbs that draw more amps....

High beams are protected by fuse #16 (17?), a 15 amp fuse in the under-hood PDC.

Also as far as changing bulbs goes , I don't know.
I bought the cruiser with whatever is in it. When I finally got the engine running I found out the high beams did not work.
