Default 2001 pt cruiser pulling weird codes

Well ill start from the beginning this is my grandmas car it started out by just stalling out sometimes it'd start back up imdiatly somtimes you'd have to wait a minute after knowing this I went over with my jump pack my grandpa had already put a new posative cable and camshaft position sensor on we hooked it up to the jump pack started right up turned the jump pack off watched the voltage go down alternators out right? bring it to the shop apparently the wiring was rubbing on the cv axel and grounded car out new battery and alternator car runs fine stalls out on the way home bring it back to shop resets computer runs fine having light again bring I back to shop camshaft position sensor again replaced it runs fine now to today it's pulling weird codes like 13 plugged the scanner into another pt cruiser and it pulls real codes with the letters in the format there supposed to be just not 13 have any ideas what's going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Other scan tools are still pulling code 13

I think the 2001's were prone to having the harness dropping an rubbing on the cv axle thereby chafing wires. happened to my wife's and Crewzin's, the head moderator here. the problem after the fact could be the sensors not being oem mopar. you didn't say if the ones you replaced were oem or bought from an auto parts store.

some will argue that it doesn't matter, but too many have had problems with aftermarket sensors.

Would it not being a factory sensor cause this problem? Is it possible I grounded out the computer and damaged it when the harness grounded on cv axel ? The wires have been repaired

As of now it's pulling code 1300?

Reading over your first post I don't see that your having any problems now, just the engine (fault) light which is giving you odd codes. In our error code list, P1300 is :P1300 Ignitor Circuit, whatever that is. As soyomb said, having to replace the same two sensors, get yourself a MOPAR one.

Clearing DTC's does not correct or improve an issue.

Because you mentioned needing to jump start the PT.

The first problem to resolve would be the charging issue.

I might start considering looking at the engine and chassis ground as well the cables and their condition at the battery.
You may also consider to load test the battery. Make sure it is charged prior testing.

IMO I would change any sensor until you know that the battery is in good condition and correctly being charged when the engine is running.

My I suggest in future response to use the proper DTC code and not the number alone. This way we have more confidence in the information?
