Default Weird clunk

Hi all

My 06 na has an odd clunk in the front end that's been there for a while and I cannot pin point what it is. It happens as soon as u pull away from stop. U can't hear it but u can feel it. It lasts about 1 sec and it's gone until the next time u pull away.

Recently I have changed my lower control arms completely so I have new ball joints bushings, I have lowered it on Tien springs and has all new struts bearing plates and mounts. The only thing I can think of is maybe it's a wheel bearing starting to go. But I am unsure. I hope I have given enough info to help u. I should also state the clunk was there before lowering the pt as we'll.

Thanks In advance

Corey

Did you replace the stabilizer bushings? If not check if OK they can look good but be loose use crowbar listen for noise. Was the noise there before you changed the struts are they thew correct application? Check for binding. whoever changed the bushings should have tightened them down with the full weight of the car.

After that I'm lost. Are you sure it is from the front. I was chasing a clunk in the back turned out to be in the front. Check your watts crank in the back.

Good luck.

Mike

Haven't checked the bushings but they are new last year. And as for the pot hole no I don't think it does make that sound just when I pull away from a stop
