Question Quick Question - Fog Lamp circuit...

My fog lamps have never worked, and I just assumed that it was probably the famous multifunction switch issue. The other day I was peeking at the fuse panel and was rather surprised to see that the fog lamp fuse was THERE. Not only was there a fuse there, but the fuse looks like it's good. (I pulled it out, just to be on the safe side...)

Anyway, was just wondering, is anything else on the car serviced by the same circuit? Or does that fuse feed the fog lamps and nothing else?

I don't know the circuit. but the switch can fail in the off position. Also check plugs for cartosion. One of mine had the plugs to the lamps pulled and killed the plugs. I guess he dodn't know he could pull the fuse.

According to the 2001-2003 Haynes Manual, the No#8 fuse goes to the multi-function switch, instrument cluster fog lamp switch output and then directly to the fog lamps.

They may have taken out the fog light bulbs...
