Default engin runs rough at operating temp ,starts fine but starts to buck when you give it t

Yesterday my 2006 pt cruser check engin light came on and the car started bucking and running really rough when i gave the gas...Starts fine this Morning but after it reached operating temp the car started to buck again ...Had to have it towed home

Has the timing belt recently been changed? Is the engine light on and if so what are the trouble codes? It would help if we knew how many miles are on the car and a history of what has been going on the last few weeks with the PT Cruiser.
