Default MFS Problem.

Hi all, wasn't sure where to post this,so I'm sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I have a problem with my MFS!! when I turn my headlights on and go to illuminate my dash, I turn one click and my interior lights come on. they only go off in the "off" position. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how it was fixed.
Thanks.

Note.. This has only occurred after I had my rear brake discs and pads replaced. I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

BusDriverGuy, I don't understand your problem. That twist ring seems to be working as it should. You twist the ring back and forth to illuminate the dash and the last "click" turns the interior lights ON. It seems to working fine the way you describe it.

He didn't post what year PT he had, but it sounds like his dash light aren't working.

Hi again, I thought I had a problem because the interior lights were coming on at the first click of the ring not the very last as it should but after messing about checking fuses and stuff I found the cause of the problem.

My back door was slightly open... I have no idea why this caused the dash and interior lights not to work correctly but it did.

Thanks for your replies though.
