Default Photos of Silver or Light Colored PT's with Euro Headlights?

Believe it or not, I've searched this forum and internet. But I am having I hard time finding some really good photos of a silver or light colors PT with the black "euro" headlight assemblies.

I need new headlights for my "almost silver" 2005 GT. And I am considering getting some of those euro headlights. But I want to have some idea of how they will look. So if you have or know of a silver/light colored PT with these installed, please post some photos or provide a link.

To date, this is the clearest photo I've found. But a real-life photo would tell a whole lot more.

Handy, you should look for these. No orange reflector. Buy some switchback led bulbs.

I can find the black ones in the Depo brand, but they all have the orange reflectors. I don't think the ones shown are available any more.

Probably just as well that you can't find them. The reflector is there for safety and I am pretty sure it is part of the highways act to have an orange reflector on the front side of your car and a red one on the rear side.

Hey, I found some without the orange reflectors. And I verified it with the seller. They aren't cheap, but they look nice IF the photo can be trusted.

I believe you can get a chrome looking bulb that burns orange. But someone will have to verify that.

Yep. I've seen those. I think they are called "stealth" bulbs.

But I'm not settled on the idea of using black-bezel headlights on my silver/linen gold PT. They looks very nice on the black and dark colored PT's, but I'm not so sure I would like them on a PT the color of mine.

I checked this seller's feedback. He seems to sell lots of very low quality knock-off trim parts. Plus, there does not appear to be any DOT writing on these anywhere I can see it.

I think I may hold off for a day or two. There's good-quality DEPO black-bezel headlights just like this for about the same price but they have the orange reflectors inside.

I am going to try an experiment. I have some old original headlights at home. It may be possible to reach up through the hole where the bulb goes and pop out the orange reflector and then break it up where it will come out through the same hole. I'm going to try that on one of the old headlights first. If I can do it confidently, I may buy the DEPO headlights and do the same to them before installation. And if not, I may get the DEPO's anyway. Good quality headlights with the orange will still look better than cheaply made headlights with no orange.

Time for a little more experimentation and pontification.
