Default Parts 'Description' - Which do I choose? What's the [codes] mean?

Image attached.

So, my electronic tailgate handle (touch pad?) works sporadically. I took the panel off to check it out and could get it to work a bit more often, but would like to replace the assembly. Problem is, I have no idea which item to purchase. In the attached picture I've highlighted the parts that are applicable. But there are like 10 different options, and the only thing separating them from each other is the description column, which simply has some codes in brackets, i.e. [WG], [VE], etc.

How do I know which part I need?

Thanks for any help!

Shrunk my image, so here's a close-up of the part in question.

I'd call or visit a dealer parts department and speak to the "parts guy" - there's at least one....

You have to buy the whole assembly (emblem), you can't just buy the touch pad.

Here is another option... Reasons Why Mopar is King: 2005 PT Cruiser
