Default Battery issue?

I had to jump the cruiser the other day and I got it running. Took it for a drive and was good, the next day wouldn't start again. Took the battery and had it tested and they said it was a good battery just needed charged. So I took it home jumped it again, drove it around for a while then came home, turned the engine off and tried to start it up immediately after and nothing. Doesn't even make a clicking sound. Any tips? Thanks

Try reading this.

Nitro's way of checking a battery

A battery can only be load tested properly when it is fully charged to 12.7 volts.

Or just take it to auto zone or such and they will check the batt and the charging system.

New battery. I had same issue, was told the battery is good, but decided to buy a brand new one and not a problem since.

IMHO This was probably because most CSR's or old school mechanics don't really know how to use the newer type battery load testers properly or to the best advantage for the customer..
