Default Power steering line

I have a 2006 PT Cruiser "Street Cruiser" that has a leaking high pressure power steering line at the pump. I've made a couple attempts to remove the line from the bottom of the pump but can't seem to get a wrench on the nut. I even bought a crow foot flare nut socket but that didn't help with reaching the nut. Do I have to remove the radiator and fans to reach this?
