Metal Clip for Panel under Steering Wheel

Missing one of the two metal clips that holds the hinged cover/panel under the steering column in place, anyone know a part # and where I can find one? You can see what they look like top left and right in photo below.

Are you sure it's missing, it might still be in the hole. I've noticed when I've removed a couple of panels in my PT that the clip comes off the plastic tab and actually stayed in the hole. Pull it out of the hole and place it back on the tab and install the panel.
