Default An anoyance

I have a wiggle in the Steering Wheel! Up down and side to side how do I tighten this or is it a normal issue.

Then there is this problem

What is this you ask? well it is from the rear O2 sensor and yes there is even one like this on the front O2 sensor. it is just inline with 1 of the wires. I am at a loss as to why in the He&& this was done and what it could have been hooked up to..

And last but not least any idea on this? the little red clips allow a spade end wire connector to connect to them. These are under the Steering wheel..

I'm thinking a GPS disabling device from a dealer. Or breathalyzer hook up. Under the steering.

I think the PO had an alarm due to the siren i found in the engine bay but not sure what he would ave connected to here. the added junction point inline with the O2 sensor has me concerned due to some heavy rough idle when warm. but I have NO codes showing.
