According to the Haynes/Chilton manual, there's really only one bolt that holds it onto the firewall behind the engine. You have the line on the left that runs forward towards the plastic tube that holds the thermostat and the line on the right that runs down towards the ground for the overflow.

I did my 06 last month, it's pretty much the same as in the pic above...
But there are 2 bolts/nuts...#4 & #5 hold on the tank. #4 you can use a socket wrench & #5 is a pain to get to, I found it easier with a crescent wrench. All in all it takes about 20 min. I had to unplug the MAP Sensor to remove the tank & slip the new one in.

What did you do to your Cruiser today?

As LionPT says its similar to the 2nd generation PT Cruisers.

There is a nut holding it on one side and a screw & washer holding it on the other side of the coolant bottle.

Coolant Recovery Bottle. Fits: PT CRUISER 2.4L 4 Cyl DOHC 16V SMPI, 4-Speed Automatic VLP 41TE Trans Touring | FACTORY CHRYSLER PARTS
