Default Cruise control vacuum line replacement P/N?

Anyone know how I might find a part # for the rubber T connector that connects the speed control vacuum supply line to the speed control servo/solenoid?

The rats (or mongoose) seem to have gotten to mine... they ate the T-Connector, the rubber grommet that connects to the servo, and the plastic line in between the two...

All I can find is the attached pic.

Looks like the T is part labeled part 7, but not sure what that includes, nor the actual part #.

Thanks all!
