Default Need help

Hi all,
So it's been a long time since I've been on. (Working to much) anyway i figured I'd ask and see if anyone is having my problems. So last summer I was driving my 05 cruiser turbo 2.4 ho and suddenly it lost power for a few seconds then regained it acting fine then lost power again then it was fine again. It idles fine without losing power and had a full tune up. Any ideas on what it could be. Took it to autozone and it threw a crankshaft position sensor code.

You might have your own answer. The Crankshaft Positional Sensor has been known to go bad, that and the electrical connect plus the wiring harness that runs around back of the engine. Check it all, especially the connection and the wiring harness.

Agree except on this model the wiring is in front. May only be dirty connection. But otherwise. Like said above you pretty much have the area you need to concentrate on.

What was the actual diagnostic trouble code you got from the PT Cruiser?
