Fuel pump relay
 

Where is the fuel pump relay ? 2006 pt cruiser.
I took the tank down is not in there, Also the 2 relays in The engine compartment near the left top are starter and auto shut down

On the 2006 PT Cruisers that are manufactured in 2006 and up the fuel pump is controlled by the TIPM. I would suggest doing a battery load test to make sure the voltage is not dropping. The TIPM is sensitive to voltage drops.

On 2006 PT Cruisers they are not equipped with a fuel pump relay. The fuel pump control is done through the TIPM. The TIPM receives an input signal from the PCM. Once the TIPM receives the signal, it will output a 12 volt supply to the fuel pump module turning the pump on.

Is that the fuse box ?
Do you know what plug and which one are the wires to test ? I have 2 batteries wired at the same time, to many starting is killing them

Is your engine light on? If so what are the diagnostic trouble codes?

Have you made sure your camshaft and crankshaft sensor signals are okay?

The camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor signals are sent to the PCM. If the PCM does not receive the signal within approximately 1 second of engine cranking, it deactivates the fuel pump control and ASD relay. When the control and relay is deactivated, power is shut off from the fuel injectors, ignition coils, oxygen sensor heating elements and fuel pump.

I see that you posted replacing the fuel pump and stated "The car don't start, If i open and close the ignition about 10 times the vehicle will start and stay running for about 30 seconds" on another thread. Please make sure you post all related information on the same thread so we can help you pinpoint the problem faster.

I did replace the camshaft sensor no problems there
but i don't know where is the crankshaft, I have replace it in the older gen near the oil filter, in this car is not in that location, no error codes no lights
I'm taking the fuse box out of the vehicle

Can you give me a little history on why you have two batteries wired in at the same time? It might be related to what you are currently trouble shooting.

Audio System in the trunk, power is not a problem

but I got the car to turn on, I supply direct power to the fuel pump
and drove it around the block the problem is inside the fuse box
TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE or TIPM

On many PT Cruisers members have mentioned how they found crankshaft wiring that was opened up or shorting to ground somewhere. A high percentage of the time the PCM does not trigger the code for this problem. I would suggest checking the crankshaft wiring and do some more diagnosis before removing the TIPM.
