Default CEL & P0303

Drove my wife's 07 Cruiser (61500) from N. Virginia to Central PA today. When I first started out it bucked and coughed, the CEL started flashing, and I shut the car off. Started up and it ran alright but the CEL was on. Didn't know really what to do so I thought I'd start the trip and see how far I got. Stopped a couple of times for gas and potty breaks. On all occasions the car started up and ran ok the whole way home. The CEL stayed on the whole time. Got home, looked up the key dance and ran it. P0303, misfire in cylinder 3 showed up. So now what do I do? The car seems to run fine but the CEL is on.

Check the wire connection & pull the plug to visually inspect.
