Default Where to take car for Timing Belt/Water Pump/Transmission Flush/Engine Coolant flush

I have 87k miles and have never performed the engine coolant or transmission flush. poor car.

It is time for the timing belt and I hear other things should be done at the same time while in there. What are those things? Only water pump? what else should I ask for?

Where should I go for all of these items?

Timing belt/Water pump - Dealership? Price estimate $1000?
Transmission flush - Dealership? Price estimate =$200 (given in writing)
Engine Coolant flush - Dealership? Price estimate = $140 (given in writing)
Brake fluid flush - Dealership? Price estimate = $130 (given in writing) ( Do I need this? Never done... I replaced rotors and pads about 10k miles ago. Does the fluid ever really need to be flushed? can I just top it off? Whats the news about air bubbles in there?)
Fog lights - Some local guy offered to put them in for $60 but I will still need the dealership to flash the computer. Should I just ask them to install as well? I figure their labor cost is probably too high.

AC still blasts ice cold. Should I ask them to check for leaks?

I'm a complete noob... what else can I ask them to look over? I replaced spark plugs and wires about 10k miles ago as well.

Only issue I have really is a rough idle when the AC is on and I am at a standstill..

anything else?

I'll be doing some dynamat/mass loaded vinyl as well in the door for October... My car is getting an expensive "spa day treatment"

Estimating $1000+200+140+130+sound deadening =

This car better last at least another 80k miles.
