Default Pt cruiser misfire and charging questions

Hey everyone. My wifes 03 n/a pt has been misfiring . Its pretty slight and only does it when sitting revving the engine or when taking off from a stop. I know its misfiring because my snap on solus edge misfire counter shows when it happens. All cylinders will misfire. Ive checked fuel pressures 60psi new plugs and wires new cam sensor coil and crank sensor. Theres absolutely no vacuum leaks. I did a battery disconnect reset after replacing the crank sensor and it didn't miss anymore until the next time i stopped 20 miles later snd I revved it up (frogged it) i then reset everything adaptive fuel tables, minimum tps, ect. And it ran in the driveway for 30 mind and never had an issue.
Now i did notice the voltage while running is only 13 2-13.5 turning acessories on didnt make much difference. Isnt that voltage kind of low? No battery lights or anything yet just noticed the voltage. Thanks everyone.

I am suggesting you might have an internal mechanical problem.

I would suggest doing a engine compression check on all cylinders. If the cylinder compression checks out okay I would suggest doing a compression leakdown test. You might have a valve or valves that are starting to leak and effecting your vacuum only at an idle or when you first step on the gas.

The engine only has 67,000 miles on it and it has always neen maintained. I'm not saying your wrong but i hope you are. Why would me reseting the parameters on everything make a difference if it was an internal issue?

I usually like to diagnose a problem with the least amount of cost and with the tools I have available. In this situation most of the components below has been replaced or checked already. I have seen posts of members here with valve issues with only 49,000 miles on the engine. I would have checked the compression when replacing the spark plugs with the misfiring issue. I understand what you are saying about reset everything adaptive fuel tables, minimum tps, ect but I like to eliminate any possibilities.

Faulty spark plug
Faulty ignition coil
Clogged or faulty fuel injector
Intake air leak
Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted
Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection
Ignition coils harness is open or shorted
Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection
Insufficient cylinders compression
Incorrect fuel pressure

Mechanical engine problems - - Low compression, leaking head gasket, or valve problems.

The minimum running voltage is 13.5 when the battery is fully charged.

P0325

The compression is good. If you clear the memory yhe car runs fine and does not miss. That pretty much proves that it is not an engine issue.

I believe you might have found your problem.

Check the wiring going to the knock sensor and if that is okay check the knock sensor.

Drivability problems including a lack of power and perhaps some hesitation with P0325.
