Default Looking for a Part Number

Hey Guys, I was wondering if any of you have the correct part # for the MFS with fog lights. I replaced the front bumper on mine with one that has fog lights and would like to get the correct one so I can make them operational. I do know the bulbs are good as I direct wired them to check them. Also, I THINK I read I need a relay too. Is it one that goes under the hood or in the fuse box inside the car? Thanks for any information.

I don't know if the GT has a different MFS than the non-turbo but mine has the fog lamps and the Chrysler part number is: 5016-951AB

Thanks for the part# Crewzin, but I don't need it now. I looked up the part on rock auto and pulled up their pictures and discovered that I actually have the correct switch in the car already! I went out, pulled the tip out and lo and behold! I have fully functional fog lamps! Had them on the car for 3 months and just now figured out how to turn them on! I love being brain damaged. At least I have an excuse! LMAO
