Default Brakes applying underboost?

Hey how's it going I have a unusual problem with my 04 dream cruiser turbo 5 speed.
So here is what is happening
The other day it was raining out and I decided to do it burn out and spun through 1st through 3rd gear. I let off and then my brake pedal was slightly stiff and I can feel the brakes were applying with out me touching them and slowly getting worse until I couldn't move cause the brake pedal was stiff as can be and my brakes were fully applied? I let it sit for about 3 hours and I was able to drive it home but on the way back it started to do it again?
I thinking it is the brake boost. I just want some opinions before I replace it. Thanks.

I assume you checked to make sure no calipers are just stuck?

i would ASSUME this is a vaccum issue. check valve, vaccum leak, etc.. a stiff pedal does not mean the brakes are being applied, IMO. it's a 200hp 4 banger. if the brakes were even half applied, the car would not move.

a laser temp gun reading brake temps would verify this.

you should be troubleshooting a hard pedal, nothing more. vacuum leak, failing booster, leaking check valve, etc.
