Default Speedometer/Odometer/trans. jerky

05 PT Turbo Convertible-Speedometer and odometer stopped working.
Trans goes into limp mode occasionally. When that happens, I pull off the road
and restart engine 2-4 times and it starts shifting ok...still some jerkiness upon shifting, sometimes.

I just installed new output speed sensor. Seems to shift better (smoother) but
speedometer and odometer still not working.

Any suggestions?
Thank you,

Default Re: Speedometer/Odometer/trans. jerky

I would suggest checking the wiring going from and to the TCM.

If the wiring is okay you might have lost the pinion factor programming in the TCM and you need to have it reprogrammed.
