Default Power Window Switch Discrepency

Hi all, so first post here with a question that's been bugging me. I've got a near stock, 2nd owner 2001 PT. My front power windows switches look like this: . After cruising through this forum, it seems most '01 PT's front window switches look like this: . Am I missing something? Was something swapped before I got the car?

Wow, found the answer to my own question over on another thread:

'The early 2001's have a master window switch that only controlled the two front windows. You have to reach back to the switch on the back of the center console to open the rear windows." (Secrets of the PT Cruiser

Your build date will confirm the early build.

The good thing is that this also likely means you got the original spare tire with an aluminum rim. Some of the later 2001 PT's came with them too. But most of the early ones do. It looks like this

Since you have the two switch. When you lock the windows, do the rears still work from its switch. Or does the lock disable them also?

The lock disables the rear windows only, from what I've experienced.
