Default Is this a bad buy?

Hi, my first post
I have fallen in love with the cruisers and my Beetle was written off so time to look for new car.
I found a 2006 diesel pt cruiser touring in electric blue, it appears to be good price. In bad points the add mentions that it needs p/s abs sensor. I have tried to do bit reading and got to the conclusion that it is a common problem and easy fix?? Could this be something more sinister? Now I'm not mechanically very good (female) so fixing things would be garage unless something very easy.
Thank you for the great forum

We don't get the diesel PT here, but diesels in general are good bets.
ABS brake sensor isn't expensive - finding which one it is requires diagnosis.
Power steering can run some money if it is the steering rack that needs replacement.
As with most used cars, look at condition and how many miles (kilometers) it has.
