Default Grinding noise

OK so I get a grinding noise that can be felt in stearing wheel when I turn to the left but only while pressing the gas pedel.. I changes the break pads and rotors looks just fine. Anyone have any ideas? When going straight or turning left no noise...

Check the wheel for play after it is on a jack stand.
It may be a bad wheel bearing.

check top to bottom wiggle and side to side
also check tyrod for wear, this will not cause grinding but needs checked for safety.

Sounds like your wheel bearing is probably shot, which is fairly common.

Wheel bearing likely as stated.

noise turning right check left
noise turning left check right

also check to see if you have a rock stuck behind the brake rotor.
