Default LCA Torque Specs

Hey Guys, I'll be getting on these LCA's in the next few days and was wondering if any of you can tell me the torque specs for the new ones. I'd like to do it right instead of just as tight as I can get them and then add another turn with a cheater bar. I've broken a lot of bolts over the years when I didn't have torque specs and REALLY don't want to do this anymore. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Thanks for the information, men. 185 ft lbs! Damn, my torque wrench doesn't go that high. Looks like a big cheater bar will be coming into play.
