Default '01 PT Cruiser, How to tell if I can use key fob?

I was looking on line for replacement keys and saw this:

My car is an '01 PT Cruiser Limited Edition.

Looking at the list of options for '01, I see:

Quote:
Quick Order Package 27F

INCLUDES: Entry System, Keyless Remote; Mirrors, Outside Heated; Assist Handle(s); [GEG] Glass, Deep Tinted; Cargo/Convenience Net; Head Restraint(s), Outboard Seating Rear; Locking System, Central; Mirrors, Foldaway; Seat, Flat Folding; Sentry Key Theft Deterrent System; Security Alarm System; Mirrors, Dual Power; Light Group
Question: Is there an easy way to tell if I have this package and can use a key fob? I have the "Light Group", assist handles, flat folding seats. I have folding side mirrors. Not sure what outboard rear seating is.

When I bought the car last month I was given 1 grey-headed key but I know at some point all keys were lost and a replacement key had to be made by the dealer, so they may have gotten the cheapest key they had.

Assuming I do have this group, can I just buy keys off of Amazon or eBay, get them cut and have the dealer program them? I was told by my local dealer that they charge something like $55 to program keys regardless of the number of keys. Are there "better" aftermarket keys?

Thanks!

Options don't matter, if your fob looks like that...it will work.
As for the keys....you either have a grey key or a black key, grey is chipped black is not.

I don't have a fob, just one grey headed key. It was all I was given when I bought the car last month. I just called the dealership & gave them my VIN, I do have fob capability.

The dealership costs: new fob = $96.95, new grey head chipped key = $61.85, programming = $41.50 no matter how many keys/fobs. I'll have to do a little research on aftermarket keys/fobs tonight.
