Default interior love and care ( dream cruiser series deuce )

As some of you may know I bought my first cruiser back in Feb. She's in great condition, especially the interior, which is the reason for making this thread, I want to know how I can upkeep my interior. Not sure if it's leather or vinyl, regardless I want to learn what I can use on the seats and the rest of the upholstery to keep it looking just as good as when I bought it. Thanx guys

Looks like someones done bent the base of your aerial. If it's an original, just unscrew it, straighten to true and align the mount and reinstall.

You mean my antenna? Yea previous owner probably forgot to take it off before car wash. Looking to get a shorty antenna anyways.

A microfiber towel lighly damp to clean down all the surfaces, followed by a dry microfiber towel. I then apply Mothers VLR to all surfaces, following the directions on the bottle. I then follow up 2x a year by using Mothers Leather Conditioner on the front & rear seats to keep them looking new. Not sure what others use, but I've used Mothers products for years without issue on multiple vehicles.

My Dad has something he used on the leather in the Stealth that made it smell like a new car for well over a decade and 150,000 miles. No idea what it was. I know some people that swear by Lexol. I have only used it on an old pair of Doc Marten's and it was amazing.

Is there anything we could do to make the steering wheel soft again? Mine is hard as a rock and it used to feel mildly padded. I assume that would be like doing the headliner. Anybody ever have a wheel redone? What did it cost? My PT's is fine, but one of my Imperials has a wheel with good leather, but it is sagging because the padding (for lack of a better term) is gone.

Leather trimmed interiors on most cars are leather only on the seat bottom cushions and seat back cushions. The bolsters and side aprons are leatherette vinyl.this applies all the way back to Model A Fords.
Clean damp cloth wiping and treatment with Meguires or other quality leather cleaner will keep it at its best for many years to come.
