Default Vert GT spotted locally - v1 model, white with cream soft top

Saw this today while driving to the vet, and had to have a little drool. Very, very nice looking Vert indeed.

I don't know if it happened to be someone local to the Palm Bay area or not, but if it is, and the owner sees this (and passes a blue v2 Touring with various cat-related stickers on the back (and a Tardis and a nod to Firefly and a couple of Bernie stickers)), give us a wave!

Previous PT Cruiser: 2007 Touring Edition (non-Turbo) in Ocean Pearl.

Current Cruiser: 2007 Limited Edition Turbo, chrome trim package, Cool Vanilla (husband's car).

Now driving a 2014 Ford Escape SE 2.0 Ecoboost, Deep Impact blue (perhaps not the best name choice for a vehicle of mine!)

Nope. I was driving at the time. Didn't get a chance as the lights were green at both intersections and they turned left where I turned right at the second.

There can't that be that many of the things about, though!

A good friend of mine has the GT Vert that your talking about (I think) He's also done a few mods to it. His is an 05 and he gave me the GT wheels (which I still have today) when he got new wheels.

I had always wondered where your GT wheels came from.

And they look as good today as they did 10 years ago. Guess American Racing used better chrome or different procedure to chrome the wheels back then. No peeling or cracking on any of them. Of course there's no snow, ice and no salt or whatever they use to melt that stuff is used down here in the sunshine state.
