like Joe said we need more info
The rear bumper on my 06 is not like a 01-05 so painting mine will be way different plus are they supplying it and are they painting it
replacing headlights is really pretty easy the bulbs are like $20 a set
putting on the control arm I don't know maybe $150--2-3 hours labor
oil change $40 with good oil and a good filter
Where I live a inspection is $12 but I know that verryes

SO to me $1000 is way high but please keep in mind if you don't want to do the work or cant do it and you have the cash hey its your car

Control arms I feel should be a 2-3 hour job. Lights, inspection and oil change can all be done in an hour (Plus fees for oil, lights etc....

The bumper got rear ended and it cracked in the middle, breaking the license plate lamp.

1000 seems like a lot.

If so then I don't think its too far outta line (this being 2016 and all...)

Includes bumper, the only parts that I provided were the new control arms.

So the 1000 includes
-Oil Change, 2 lights changed, Inspection.
-Control arm installation, both sides.
-Rear bumper replacement, and new wiring for the license plate lamp.

The guy said it was going to take 4 hours to do the control arms which I felt was long..

It took me about that long, but I did it in my driveway with hand tools. If he has a shop, he should have air impact tools and cut the disassembly and reassembly time in half. Sounds long to me too.
