Default Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Service Kit

When I bought my 2008 Touring last year, it came without one of the TPMS (P/N 56053030AC) due a broken 'thread'. So, every time I start the car, it 'complains' (by sounding the 'bell' and flashing the indicator) that the tire is "flat".
The former owner gave the sensor to me.

I'm about to buy a set of oil filters/oil pan plug at RockAuto and I decided do buy a Service Kit as well. Seems not be difficult to replace it.

I came through RockAuto and seems that the appropriate one is the SCHRADER AUTOMOTIVE 34000 Programmable EZ-Sensor Service Pack:

Can I buy it with confidence ?

Any other advice on replacing the TPMS "core" ??

One more thing.... RockAuto webpage says some info about it like "Aluminum Valve; Torque: 62 IN-lbs , 7N.m". What is this torque about? Is is the torque I should apply on the bigger nut against the RIM ? I have a toque wrench, but it minimum is 120IN-LBS

Where goes some TPMS's pics:

Thanks again!
