Default Whoa! Loose soldered wires flapping around the engine bay?!

I have zero idea....obviously something very messed up is going on here. Time to isolate them with electrical tape until I know exactly what these are supposed to be....

Call off the dogs. It seems that it was just a thing. Nonetheless, a thing that should not be there. Certainly not a factory thing.
