Default 2006 PT Cruiser GT Turbo timing belt replacement

I have a 2006 PT Cruiser GT Turbo with 46,500 miles. Since the car is 10 years old, would it be wise to replace the timing belt (along with tensioners, water pump, front engine seals, serpentine and alternator belts) now, or should it still be based on mileage?

The car also has a Chrysler lifetime bumper to bumper warranty ($100 deductible) which I know none of this would be covered under.
