trouble filling gas tank
Hi all, I just picked up a 2004 pt cruiser gt 5 speed with 96,000 miles. I really like the car, but one thing has me extremely frustrated. When I have to get gas, it takes forever to fill the tank, because the nozzle keeps clicking off. I was wondering if someone could clue me into the cause of the problem, Thanks.

This thread below might have some suggestions to fix your issue. 2007 Gas Won't Go In-Fix The Problem? How?

The problem is likely a spider that built a home in the vent line, or ice in the vent line.
Sounds dumb but spiders are a common cause for this https://www.google.com/search?q=spider+in+vent+line

careful with how much PSI you shoot in there. there's a lot of crap on the tank, some may contain valves and diaphrams
