Hi all. My dad has a 2003 PT Cruiser GT 2.4L Turbo. The windshield wipers work when you pull in the handle for the washers, and when you hold it down for mist. The settings on the switch, Delay, Low, and High do not work at all. We installed a new wiper switch and it still has the same problem. That makes me think it is probably a wiring issue somewhere? Is there a way I maybe could narrow it down with the wiring harness and a multimeter or anything? Any advice is greatly appreciated because windshield wipers are pretty vital. Thanks!

The wiper has a small plug that plugs into the headlight side of the MFS , there is a bigger plug that goes into the harness. This bigger plug you need to check for frayed or burned wires. It has been known to burn through on the 1st generation PT Cruisers including your year PT Cruiser.
