Default pulled ecm now reverse slipping

Hey fellow pt cruisers . I have a situation I pulled my ecm 2 days ago to take pictures to send to Sykes tuning, today while pulled out of shop car was slipping in reverse. Checked fluid OK check codes none but didn't have it in reverse London all other gears shift fine do I need to do Trans learn if I pulled ecm or my soliniod pack bad. Could it be my reverse clutch. Don't want to take it to Trans shop I always fix my own cars don't like other people touching my car that's why I became an auto tech.

"QUICK LEARN PROCEDURE
The quick learn procedure requires the use of the scan tool. This program allows the PCM to recalibrate itself. This will provide the best possible transaxle operation.
NOTE: The quick learn procedure should be performed if any of the following procedures are performed:
* Transaxle Assembly Replacement
* Powertrain Control Module Replacement
* Solenoid/Pressure Switch Assembly Replacement
* Clutch Plate and/or Seal Replacement
* Valve Body Replacement or Recondition
To perform the Quick Learn Procedure, the following conditions must be met:
* The brakes must be applied
* The engine speed must be above 500 rpm
* The throttle angle (TPS) must be less than 3 degrees
* The shift lever position must stay until prompted to shift to overdrive
* The shift lever position must stay in overdrive after the Shift to Overdrive prompt until the scan tool indicates the procedure is complete
* The calculated oil temperature must be above 60° and below 200°
1. Plug the scan tool into the diagnostic connector. The connector is located under the instrument panel.
2. Go to the Transmission screen.
3. Go to the Miscellaneous screen.
4. Select Quick Learn Procedure. Follow the instructions of the scan tool to perform the Quick Learn Procedure."

By the way this Quick Learn Procedure is for a 2006 PT Cruiser.

Well my babie is at 5he transmission shop getting a full rebuild. Plus some upgrades that the transmission shop had at their shopping like alto upgraded clutch pack that has 5 clutch shoes instead of 4 and tcs high performance torque converter it's gonna cost 1400 but I think it's worth it make the trans stronger now I can boost in a 4th cause I have a 18 month full warranty. So now when I get my stage 2 Sykes ecm and 2hen I decide to go 50 trim I know it will hold happy cruising.
