2003 gt cig light

All my power outlets don't give out power. I have my boost gauge light hooked up to the cigarette lighter right in front of the stick shift it turns the light on for the boost gauge but if I try to charge my phone through it no juice. Does anybody know which fuses control the power outlets or has anyone encountered this situation before where there is power going to the outlets but doesn't work if I put the phone charger in

I am pretty sure that one fuse does both lighters and maybe the one in the back. I had a plug in air pump that blew the fuse and nothing worked in any of them. Sorry, I don't know which one from here. FWIW, I rarely have luck with any car cellphone chargers for more than a week. Probably because I only buy them at the dollar store, but the good ones I have gotten as gifts rarely work long either.

I don't know about the 2003's specifically, but my 2004 has fuse #19 in the "under the hood" fuse box that controls the power outlets.

it's a 20 amp yellow fuse.

Sounds right. I know it was yellow. In the link Steve posted, Sanatanadharma says #20 in the PDC ("under the hood fuse box"). I think the underside of the cover actually says what each fuse is for. I didn't have the cover on mine for about 5 years, but I picked one up at the pick and pull last year and I think it says it on there. My car is in the metro lot right now, so no help.
