Hi all,
Have a 2002 cruiser with the grey key.was advised to try changing ignition cylinder on it due to key not turning all the time. Went to the locksmith and he made me a new cylinder with a new ley. My keys also fit in an turn the cylinder. Looks easy enough to pop the old out. My question is he looked at my key but didnt mention anything about it being a transponder key or needing anything programmed for it. It looks like a normal lock cylinder with nothing on it that would apear to read a transponder key. Can anyone advise how you tell and how do you pop the old out. Thx |
